MRS/AURA: Insight Management Effectiveness Award 2004
This Award is given to the submission that best demonstrates the distillation of insights, gained from different channels that added value to the organisation by advising its board on its future strategic direction.

Customer satisfaction is a pivotal measure for any retail operation. Consequently, Somerfield commissioned Nunwood to run a large customer satisfaction tracking study. The project has revolutionised the way in which Somerfield uses its internal store-related and customer satisfaction data. The directional reporting provides each store manager with clear guidance on how best to spend time and resources, has resulted in a significant increase in customer satisfaction, and has had a direct impact on Somerfield's bottom line. This Award entry was a clear winner in the way it demonstrated a strong use of analytics, combined different techniques and delivered actionable results.


Marketing Research Agency of the Year 2004

Nunwood proved that a small staff of (60) is no barrier to success, making it the winner of Marketing’s Market Research Agency of the Year 2004. Nunwood had impressed the judges with its growth rate of over 36% and their growing blue chip client list.





BMRA Best People Management 2003
The People Management Award is designed to reward agencies that take innovative steps to nurture the talent and careers of their employees.
