About the Expert Panel

The Expert Panel was launched in November 2006 and is used by a global FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) organisation. Since the Expert Panel was set-up various activities have taken place using members of the panel. Activities range from discussions around how products and services can be developed to better meet the needs of consumers, to testing new product concepts.

The panel is currently running for 12 months. Between now and November 2007 panel members will continue to be invited to take part in many more exciting research activities. We do hope that you will continue to take the opportunity to give your views and opinions as they are very much valued and will help to shape the future direction of consumer products and services on offer to you. Panel members who have already taken part in activities have given us great feedback as they have really enjoyed being involved in exciting activities and also having the opportunity to meet other people while earning some money in the process!

Here are some of the activities you could be asked to take part in any over the next few months:

 Focus groups
 Face to face interviews
 Telephone interviews
 Product testing
 Packaging research
 Shelf tests
 Online questionnaires
 Online blogging
 Diary tasks
 Accompanied shops
 Accompanied Web Surfs

How does the panel work?

You will be invited by email from Nunwood on a regular basis to complete a task for the panel. This invite will include details of the task in terms of what is involved, timings and also where the task will take place. Different tasks will take place in different places; some of these you will be able to do from the comfort of your own home, whereas other tasks we will ask you to come along to a venue in your local area.

We do need people for the panel who are committed to taking part in the tasks on a regular basis and are interested in the research, but we do not expect you to take part in all of the tasks you are invited to. It’s very important that you check your email on a regular basis so you don’t miss out on the opportunity to take part in a task that you would enjoy.

We Hope you will enjoy your time on the panel and enjoy every aspect of research you participate in.
